Question Usergroup level up disrupted title change immunity

I have levelled up a forum mod to super mod via primary usergroup ACP, i also changed their User Title via ACP , it had originally said 'forum moderator', they had originally immunity to stop people changing it, it has now come undone, ie members can now change it when bought from the shop.

Any ides please.

*Edit, re-buying the immunity product does not work.

This would probably be more suited as a Bug rather than a Question. If the wording on the Category Select screen was unclear, please let me know and I will endeavour to fix it to make it more clear which category is appropriate for which issue

That would be User Title Immunity I guess. ?

Yeah that's the item that provides that level of immunity.

It wasnt unclear, so I picked the correct item and category, it just failed to carry on working when I upgraded a usergroup through ACP.

Theft immunity has also failed, members are able to steal from same member who was upgraded via ACP.

How would you reset everything for this user, any way via myphpadmin?

dbtech_vbshop_purchase table and also column in the user table.

Be careful to only erase from the _purchase table for the userid in question.
