Legacy Upload, View then Submit

well, i was thinking that we should first have a button to upload all the files we want then if we want to add something to anything else. or move or delete files we do it, then press button "submit" and post the upload on the site.

or better yet have a "view upload" to see how it would look like first then if we are ok with it. we press "Submit". I think this last one is better (view then submit)

Now one reason why this is very essential, is because when i got Uploading error on all my files, the file was posted anyway, and a thread was made for it, so it was a bit uncalled for. but if i had the chance to view what i was submitting, then this error could have been avoided. thanks David
