Bug Updating User Titles and Ranks resets all user customizations done via shop

Upon adding a new rank and updating Ranks Via the usual Vbulletin system I found out I'd reset all the Usertitle changes, some stayed because they had been set outside of the Shop Addon

I think this would be fixed if the Usertitle item preset was made to also toggle this setting on said members account

to "yes, user set"

It does set that flag

You can test it by creating a test user and ensure they have the No set, then buy one of the user change items - you'll see the flag change.
