There is a problem with the statistic on the archive-page with the Pro-Version of vbShout. The amount of "Total Shouts Posted:" is wrong, if the auto-delete function of the pro is active. So for example I have activated the auto-delete after 24 hours now and the "Total Shouts Posted:" is showing only the value for the last 24 hours now... So in the stats both first numbers are the same: "Total Shouts Posted:" and "Last 24 Hours:".

BTW: "Your Shouts:" is also wrong then and only showing the last 24 hours instead of overall time.

Can you please fix this in the pro-version, so "Total Shouts Posted:" is really showing the overall time posted shouts. THANKS!

I'll look into it, it's not a 5 minute change though. I'll @ mention you when a fix is available :)

DoktorJekyll: Sorry for the delay :(

I've looked into this and it is sadly impossible for me to fix this. The change you propose would mean the values displayed are incorrect, since the "Total Shouts Posted" is per-instance and per-chatroom, while the "Lifetime Shouts" is global.

In other words, for people who have more than one instance and more than 0 chat rooms, changing this display to the Lifetime Shouts would come off as a bug to them.

Sorry :(

Ok, I understand that using the lifetime shout's isn't correct either, but the actual value still is wrong, as the "Total Shouts Posted" is wrong if you activate auto-delete in Pro (or I guess if you prune the shoutbox every now and then). Having ~1000 shouts per day will make the table and archive heavy some day, and very old shouts seems to be useless to keep, so deleting is useful. So still... the "Total Shouts Posted" is wrong, as this is looking for the actual existing number of shouts in the table then and NOT for the Total shouts posted ;) - Do you see what I mean? :)

So normally the "Total Shouts Posted" should be simply raising its number with every shout and keep it instead of looking into a table and calculating it, so with every deletion you will loose all these numbers at the moment. I'm wondering, that noone has reported that before :)

I'll change this to a feature request for some form of statistics table that keeps track of every single shout, but I can't promise that we'll be able to implement it :)
