Bug Some notifications not showing

I am noticing some replies and new threads are not showing in the notifications.

As I write this though, I am wondering if the replies and new threads are being posted through tapatalk (I don't know for sure whether or not they are)...would that make a difference with the notifications?

Yes it would, currently only replies posted via the normal interface is supported
