You will need to contact your host, we're sadly unable to assist with server software. Inform them that your chosen opcode cacher (like APC, XCache etc) doesn't retain its cache data, and they will assist you

I was installed memcache on my server it's like Xcache ?

also your copyright gone from my site footer ? i don't remove it ?? why ? nono copyright on my forum !!! i mean No-No show in footer (vBulletin Optimisation by vB Optimise (Reduced on this page: MySQL 20.00%). )

please tell me exactly what i have to write for my host i have my own dedicated server .

Nothing will show unless vBOptimise passes all system tests, once your host is able to solve the opcode cacher issue, it should show up.

vB Optimise: Test Setup
Running Test: Connection to memcache
Test completed successfully
Running Test: Store Cache
Test completed successfully
Running Test: Fetch Cache
Test completed successfully
Running Test: Flush Cache
Test completed successfully

but your copyright still hide ? is there any problem with me ?? or the vb optimise work correctly?

In vB Optimise: Misc Options do you have vB Optimise: Expanded Footer Information set to yes?

The copyright doesn't work properly with some custom skins - it's something we'll be addressing in a future update

Try a un-modified Default skin and see if it shows up on that.
