Question problem with VBShout in CMPS

Hello everyone,
i have read in this thread and many other threads that in order to put the shoutbox in CMPS and forum you have to follow these steps which include the vbcms_page template.
My question is that How Do I find this template (vbcms_page)? I searched in many places and got no idea where i can find it...
Would appreciate any help possible, Thank you!

That doesn't apply to the vBAdvanced CMPS (which is what you appear to be referring to). We don't officially support the vBA CMPS, only the vB CMS (official vBulletin one).
