A simple mod that alternate which side of the post your profile is on and to change the postbit so that it looks like a speech bubble the best way to describe this is to take a look at Welcome to Gaia | Gaia Online and look at their forums and how each post is a speech bubble and how alternate posts are left and right. that is a nice layout and would be awesome to have as a handy product that automatically does the coding bits for you.
