I tried what you asked me to do but I'm not sure it worked (see screenshot below) as when I set it to 777, when I open it again, it's empty, and I have to set it to 777 whenever I open it, so I don't know if it worked. I don't have any save button; only Apply to : Enclosed file, Enclosed Folders and All enclosed items... I clicked the last one, but it doesn't change anything. Whenever I open the get info, it is empty, I'll have to set it to 777 again and again... any ideas why?

I have created the two folders on your FTP server and CHMOD'ed them accordingly
