Legacy Panel Settings - Hide

What do I comment out to remove Panel settings form InfoPanels?

I was looking at this template here...

InfoPanels doesn't have any settings, that template is just a placeholder in case it's needed in the future

I would like to remove this panel settings. How?

Ahh that, it should be in dbtech_infopanels_panel

Would like to see usergroup permission in future update.

Usergroup Permissions On / Off for Panel Settings.
