Legacy Option to create/save draft only

It would be great to add more two options or both PM and posts to save as draft only for further review. Currently I see, there is draft save option only on submission of new post/thread.
Requesting Mokonzi to take a look in this matter.

Can you clarify what you mean? Are you wanting it so that you can save a draft when creating a PM, or are you wanting something else?

Mokonzi many thanks. Beside the submit/preview button, I want a button "Save Draft" so that I can save it as draft without submission.
One more option may be needed:
Admin/Super Admins can see the list of draft or draft for an user thru ACP and can delete them if necessary.
