Bug Notification types of dup_repcount shows No (Click to Activate), clicked not worked

As Fig, Notification types of dup_repcount shows No (Click to Activate), when pressed link to activate there is not worked and still shows again No (Click to Activate)!

Confused the heck out of me for a second until I realized it's a notifications problem and you posted in the nominations forum
I moved the thread and I'll ping Fillip H. to make sure he sees it

What modification created this notice?
