Question normal users cant see bb size changer

as an admin i can see the chat size changer... all usergroups have the BB size ticked and they cant see it. whats the problem?

So long as the "Enable Font Size" checkbox is checked, everybody can see it. There's no permissions attached to that drop-down

Is there any way to make "Enable Font Syle" ticked by default? I tick it in the instance editor and don't see an option for it in usergroup settings. Stll, new registers have it unticked by default.

UPDATE user SET dbtech_vbshout_options = dbtech_vbshout_options + 256 WHERE NOT dbtech_vbshout_options & 256

I think that will work, it's untested though.

Try replacing options with settings in that query, that'll sort it

That doesn't automatically tick it for future members, that's not currently possible unfortunately
