Question Link open in popup or new browserwindows

hello,

i have a question.

i will open a url in new browserwindows ( popup ) or frame in the vbulletinsite.
have manage Tab---add new tab---input name, URL, mode this script, tab target _parent or _top, user group what see this button, placement rigth_end, next display order, and save.

the button is in the navbar, ready good.
when i click on button, open not new windows ( popop ) , the browser change too the URL from button.

whe can i this make, that click on the button, open a NEW windows, or frame?

I dunno, I suppose you could look at how vBulletin did the link for Open Contacts Popup
