Question & is changed to and, where can i change this?

A forum´s name like "Bread & Butter" is changed ftom DSEO to bread-and-butter, but i prefer another word than and.
Please tell me where i can change this.

I tried it here:
DragonByte Tech: SEO > URL Rewrites: General Settings > Custom Character Filter
with

& => und

but it doesnt work like it should.

The ampersand replacement is deeply embedded into the mod, so changing it cannot be done at this time.

I will investigate whether it's feasible to update this for v1.0.15, if not it will be in the May 12 update

Update: Unfortunately it looks like I will not be able to add this functionality to tomorrow's update as originally planned. Unexpected problems were encountered during the research for this feature, and I'll have to find alternative ways of maintaining multi-language compatibility as well as not causing any performance detriments.

I will post back when I have an updated ETA for this functionality.
