Bug iPad and TapaTalk

I have a member on my forums using iPad and TapaTalk but their points aren't increasing in the contest?

That's not a bug, posts made via those methods (or indeed, other alternative methods of posting) is currently not supported for points / achievement accumulation.

Those methods generate their posts outside the normal interface for posting, which means required hooks are not executed.

Ok, that's not good for my contest.

Is it the TapaTalk that's the issue or would the iPad on it's own be an issue too?

iPad posting via the mobile style or the normal browser style will not have any of these issues
