Question I need to completely uninstall vbshout

I need to completely uninstall vbshout. Could you please tell me the steps.

Step 1: Use the Delete function in the Product Manager
Step 2: Delete the files from the server
Step 3: There is no step 3

is anything to be done in the db ?

and I can reinstall it again right ?

The Delete function takes care of the DB, and following the same instructions as when you installed the mod first time will work fine

I am getting 502 errors when uninstalling this product. I am using an anti-ddos firewall.

That's not something related to this mod, that error means your firewall is broken.
