How will vBactivity affect my server load?

I'm about to purchase vBactivity but I had a couple of questions.

I have a very huge community. We get an average of 10,000 visitors a day to our site with over 60,000+ post a month. How will vBactivity affect my server load? Will it be too much for my server to handle?

I doubt it will cause any real load increase, but if it does, we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue

You should first test the Lite version - if there are likely to be any load issues the Lite version will indicate this =)

I think I'll purchase it. However is there a way to turn off vbactivity and just enable the awards system?

You can disable all points accumulation via the Points Settings interface, and also turn off their displays
