Legacy Hide the Forumhome banner

Hi Mokonzi,

I have been asked by my members if we could hide the classifieds banner.

However I would not really like this hidden, but I could imagine for say a forums VIP members, or your long term members the option to be able to hide this feature might be nice.

Exactly, but personally I would not want all user groups to have that option...

For example new members should see it at all times, it will increase the use of the classifieds

But for longer stay members that do not want to use that area it could be nice to give them the option
