In the instructions it says that you must use a semi colon to end a hash tag. I am finding though that when the # is used without the semi colon it still gets turned into a hash tag, so that for example if a html color code is posted or a post number (#5dbc66 or #1 ) it's being turned into a hash tag and I don't want that. Is there a way to make it so that *only* text with both a beginning # and ending ; are turned into a hash tag.

If this has already been posted about please forgive me, I did look I swear lol

We recently removed the requirement to use a semi-colon to delimit a hash tag. We're going to look into improving the matches when it comes to HTML colours or number indexes in a future version :)
