guests dont see the chat box even know i have set all the options so they can on the lite version i had installed before they could see it ok so something in the pro version is wrong somewhere stopping them from seeing it unless it just needs a update for vb 4.1.4

I've been unable to confirm this issue on 4.1.4, please ensure the Unregistered user has the appropriate permission from the Instance Management.

I can see the shout as a guest with IE8 And FF4

Yeah I can see the shoutbox on your site just fine as well

I see it now as a guest what ever ozzy done fixed it

just that other problem needs fixed dont have a clue what is making it
