Legacy Giving out new selected award should show up in dropdown by default.

When I want to manage users for a particular award and then on that same page listing the users for that award I want to click to hand out that award to new users, the following page should by default, have that award selected in the dropdown list so all I have to do is enter the usernames and not once again select that award at every dropdown. This feature was included in older version of this modification.

Just to clarify, in the previous version there was no dropdown selector because you could only give one award per user

The page with the dropdown you're seeing could have easily been linked to from the sidebar, which would explain the current layout

That being said, we will be changing it in a future version.
