I am full of questions today.

Is there a way to prevent users from buying themselves gifts?

Not currently, no.
In a future version there will be an Inventory feature where users can give items they have previously purchased for themselves to others, and/or enable / disable them from display.

That is cool I look forward to that.

Nope I asked because my users are already gifting themselves. I was hoping to prevent users from giving gifts to themselves.
