Bug forum url is not encoded when notifcation is sent on email

Since I've installed the SEO mod, I'm receiving notification emails regard threads i am subsribed to but the url is not encoded, for example :

emath.co.il/forums/שאלון 806/99219-new.htm

so instead of %20 there is actual space, which breaks the link and leads to 404 page.

You can disable URL rewriting in emails while this issue is being investigated.

Update: Try adding this to the custom character filter:

' ' => '-'

It did the trick, but I don't think it should be the solution.. the system should be able to identify it alone..
