Forum permissions?

Is there a way to set this so that private forum posts don't show? Sorry if this was asked. I was unable to find it.

I believe InfoPanels already respects the correct forum permissions; only people who can view the forum itself see threads from them turn up in there.

I assumed so. Maybe I need to check my forum permissions then. Thanks Fillip H..

OK, I checked everything . Reset my private forum to deny all except for mods and admins and still when I log out I can see private forum posts in the last 5 posts in the info panel. Even cleared all my caches. I am bumfuzzled.

ETA: I think it had to do with the refresh time after logging in and out. I'll make a test member and see what happens.

Must be a cookie thing. Even as a registered user I could see it, but not once I cleared my cookies. Sorry to have bothered you.
