3.Postbit Upload & Download Statistics.
4.New Upload Notifications
5.Mirrors Link Box Show Limit
6.More From This User Preview Limit
7.Quick Reply editor
8.Excluded UserGroups from Minimum Posts count.

2. Will be added to vBNavTabs possibly after v2.0 goes Gold for vB v4.1.x no sense in adding it now as tings may change in the mod.

You are running vB 4.2.0 , you can do that in the Navigation Manager now, if you are referring to the second navbar.

We never said we would implement these features in vBDownloads v2.0.0, we'll take them into consideration for future versions
