Everytime I visit this site, this pops up...

I'm not sure the cause of it. I updated my Mac to Lion two days ago and since then, i get this pop up.

This is the only site i get this on too(that i've visited).

That's the shoutbox sounds. If you don't want to install the components it requires (I have no idea what that might be), you can untick shout sounds from the user cp
