Oh nice ! but about on Comment ... why does not load Quick Reply Box automatically (EX: DownloadsII) Can you add download Image?

vBDownloads v1.4 doesn't have Quick Reply, it uses a new page with a full editor.

If you'd like to suggest a Quick Reply editor, please post a new Feature Request
