Question Credits Not going to a member?

I have user groups, but one guys credits don't tally in his credit score shown on postbit, against score in his transactions? His uploads don't show at all in transactions, and his thread points don't get added to his credit count??

His usergroup has the permissions in both events and usergroup settings?

Are there any other members of the same user group? If so, please determine the difference between another member whose credits are working fine, and the affected user.

Any difference, such as other member groups, is important. Let me know your findings
