I have tried many times even put up a new install on a test ftp i have still the same problem

now it is coming up with this

is there some reason why this file wont upload right

some how I uploaded it even know the file is smaller on the ftp than what it should be still the file needs looked at as there is some problem with it if I try to upload it to the ftp it just hangs there and wont upload the whole file

There is no problem with the file, as I managed to upload it just fine to this server and I know of at least 4 other servers personally that have successfully uploaded the file

if i pm you the ftp info can you upload that one file

It would appear that some form of security software on the server prevents file uploads that contains a specific PHP function (in this case, base64_decode). This function was part of a commented-out (inert, not running) code block that I have since removed from the files and the file now uploaded successfully in this specific case
