Legacy Checkbox for "add this to all forums" when creating a new button

Basically, when you create a new button, it automatically adds that button to all forums. I'd like a checkbox or something that I can use when creating a new button to prevent this from happening.

Now that I have the basic buttons in place, anything new I create is usually going to be for a limited number of forums. Having to uncheck 100+ boxes is annoying, when I only wanted the button on 3 forums. So, whenever you get to an update, keep this in mind please. =)

Hopefully this is a checkbox=false quick fix.
