I would like to change the text color in the following image

For the first three you can wrap the name in html like so:

Code:

<FONT COLOR="red">Real Name</font>

For the last one search in phrases for:

Code:

Fields written in <i>italics</i> are private, only support staff can see them.

And change that to:

Code:

<FONT COLOR="red">Fields written in <i>italics</i> are private, only support staff can see them.</font>

Yes html is supported in the fields in the acp.

You can find

Code:

Fields written in <i>italics</i> are private, only support staff can see them.

by going to ACP / Languages & Phrases / Search in Phrases and paste that in the Search for Text field.
