Bug Can't see shoutbox

I've tried different skins but none seems to get the shoutbox to show. It's worked before I don't know why it doesn't work now because I haven't changed anything.

Are you running vB4 or vB5? Your issue says 4.2.2 but the thread prefix says 5.0.x.

There was no option for 4.2.2

I'm not sure, I'm not admin but how would they do that? And what box? is there a shoutbox box in the usergroup settings?

not sure how vb 5 is set up in acp Fillip H. will have to help you on that but for me cause i an in 4.2.xx in acp in dropdown for shout is where you would check or uncheck boxes in instance which would allow for seeing or not seeing chat for each user group

I am also having this problem. Using vBShout v6.1.0a8 [Lite] on vBulletin 5.1.2.

Product only showing when logged out. Not showing when logged in. I am a registered user and permissions are set as:


Edit: Fixed... Had to fiddle around more with the permissions. Not entirely sure what was wrong but I got it to work...
