Question Bug/How Do I enable vBNavTabs

I just updated to 4.2.0 and it finally implemented a "Navigation Manager" to control tabs, but it's lacking what vBNavTabs has to offer in the way of icons for tabs, sub bars, etc. When I installed this, it overwrote what vBNavTabs did.

I tried to disable/enable the plugin to overwrite it, but in the heat of the moment I had to create new tabs to keep the site the same.

Is there going to be an update for 4.2.0 to make this replace the nav bar?

It is unknown what is going to happen with vBNavTabs at this time till I can see what vb is doing and is going to do with the navigation manager.
