Bug Blog Criteria

After setting up Blog Criteria properly >=1 etc, the system gave out achievements to everyone who made a 'Blog Comment' which is a separate criteria!

I cant test it out on here as you havent set that achievement up.

I havent tested it on the Blog Comments as I dont want to run maintenance which takes 3/4 hours to run to reset achievements again..

Can you be a bit more specific? Which criteria did you mean by "blog criteria"?

ACP > VBActivity > Manage Criteria > Field > Blogs

You can test it out on the Demo site though

I just checked the code and everything appears to be correct - I also added a blog achievement to this site and only people who actually posted a new blog entry got it awarded.

Thanks Fillip H., ive created a test blog over there, I just need an 2 achievement criteria creating, one for the actual blog and the other for the comment.

I can comment once done.

Ok, I set up the criteria for blog and the achievement and let 24hts pass to see if it would award me.



Can you please set the usergroup on your demo board to 'YES' on the following.. thanks.

It won't automatically award you the blog achievement, you'd need to run the maintenance to show it.

That's intended functionality, the all achievements one re-checks the achieves on the fly, whereas the last one just shows you the ones you've currently been awarded.

That permission is already set.
