Question Ban user from thread item

I'm really confused as to how the "ban user from thread" item works...

I have searched through documentation and unable to find a step by step, can anyone help me?

I tested by placing this on Thread for purchase, disable reconfig and then I click Purchase and my notification say thread id 0

What am I missing?

Hi there,

You shouldn't enable this item on the Thread page, as it will lead to incomplete configuration. You should buy the item, then click the Configure button in your inventory, then fill out the form fields as specified to ban user X from thread Y
