Legacy Ban individuals from using the Like/Thank

Just wondering for future version could a list be added in the settings to ban individuals from using the system?
I've only had this installed for a week and a but and already I'm getting those annoying people who use it like a toy and not as it was intended. I'd hate to have to disable it on account of a few.

That should be possible to add

In the meantime though, it may be possible for you to set up an identical usergroup to your members group, and deny that group access to using it. So long as you set your troublemakers to not be a member of a group that can access it, it should work
