Bug Bad default permissions set

I just bought and installed this and during the config I noticed that permissions for "Can Delete Reviews" and "Can Delete Comments" are both checked by default for registered Users. Just an FYI is all. =)

They can only delete their own reviews and can only delete comments on reviews they created. I figured I'd have it so it has some self moderation. Think that's not a good idea?
