How often (in days) users can request awards.
0 = no delay

Users are complaining that the request system do not work. In their first try, they get a warning message saying that they reached their limit of requests.

How does it work? The values put there mean what?

It looks like I fixed it.

But how it works? If I put "2", it means they can request only two awards per day? Or one award every two days?

The wording is a little confusing, in my opinion.

Every two days
