Avatar Issues

Hi all.

I was trying to upload an Avatar size 150x150 Jpeg, but i got error. obviously it can resize, but why it gave me error, and why it cant support Jpeg ?

also i had a request. Can you PLEASE enable Animated Avatars for Development Team and Development Team Leaders ? pretty please ? i know it has nothing to with me, but can you take a small request from this "Dragon Byte Fanatic" ?

Is the filesize your trying to upload too large? sometimes JPEG files are larger than other files. maybe try making it a .GIF or .PNG and trying again. if not send me the file and i will save it as an alternate so you can use it.
