Ensure your site’s “Board url” setting matches your license URLs exactly.

You can update license URLs by going to your licenses and clicking the license URLs.

It was missing HTTPS initially, but I added that, ran the cron again, and still have the same error.

Are you sure this is still an issue? I checked our logs and 5 hours after my post your forum successfully sent 2 API requests for the latest version information for two products.

You may need to simply dismiss the error message 🤔
