Question Advanced Usertagging for vB 5.2.1

Hi,
Is advanced user tagging v 3.0.6a7 compatible with vB5.2.1?
I also tried Your Thanks & likes plugin but that kept coming up with a URL error so I disabled it..

Are you no longer developing plugins for vB5.2.1?

I've used for plugins since you started and would love to be able to continue to do so..

Hi Again,

I've just noticed that whenever I enable an addon we get an internal 500 error, currently as it's a brand new site I only have two addons installed and they are
advanced user tags and ajax threads.
Microsoft Edge comes up with an internal 500 error, firefox come up with a system error message and chrome seems to work ok.
Any idea what may be wrong? I'm new to vB5, but I've got 9 years or so experience with vB3 & vB4.

We released a hotfix yesterday to resolve AdminCP issues with our vB5 mods when running on vB 5.2.1.

Are you no longer developing plugins for vB5.2.1?

At this time we are not developing new modifications or adding new features to our vB5 modifications due to how unstable vB5 is as a platform. If you are interested in running custom modifications, I would strongly recommend switching to vBulletin 4 or XenForo, as they are both very stable platforms that have thriving modification communities.

Could you please check your server's error log for the real error behind a 500 Internal Server Error?

I've done the hotfix and sadly still have the issue. We go this error in the logs.

That does not appear to be related to our mod, as no mention of any DBTech mod exists in the error message. Have you installed a "subdomain" addon, or any addon that deals with subdomains?

I have noticed that our version of cURL is 7.15.5 which was released in August 2007, is it possible that this could cause the error? I've asked vb support for help, but as always they are dragging their heels..

Hmm, I wonder if it could be caused by the forum being turned off. Can you try setting the board to online and see if that resolves it?
