admin donate to user

is there a way for me to donate oints to users with out taking opoints from myself?

That is the Adjust action. Be sure to grant your usergroups who can use it (default is admin). When you have an event set up with it (similar to your donate event) then you will be able to select it in place of your username in the From section.
