Legacy Add in a "Is Arcade Enabled" option in AdminCP

A single global switch to turn the arcade on/off. This allows the admin to go in and make changes, otherwise you can only disable the entire product and well, you can't make any changes then. =)

"you do not have permission to access this page" on arcade.php

After editing like 83 to get past the checks that were removed for the beta, I am now getting a permissions failure everytime I hit arcade.php. I've tried many combinations of things, but cannot get into the actual arcade.

Ok, yeah I see what I did wrong.

Since I didn't set any perms for the "earned access" area, I had assumed that it would not matter, so I left all of those settings to their default status.

I had expected that the "default" would take over because of that and I should be able to get in. As "Earned" was set to "None", I was being locked out. Changed earned to "Score" and all works.

So, what makes sense to me anyway is that if all "Optional" (That's the keyword there and why I didn't realize those settings mattered), are left at their blank/default settings, then the "Default Access" should be used.

Ok, this makes sense as well, just uncheck the main "active" checkbox at the top.

Couple things on this, it's really fine the way it is, but as most vB mods have an "Enabled" radio button in their settings as well as a "reason" text, it might be good to call out specifically how you can disable it.

The permission system combines the "turn off arcade, but have some usergroups still can access", plus "prevent some usergroups to play some games, or only under certain conditions" all into one place.

I will though, add a setting that merely links to the reason phrase, to allow for that sort of thing, as well as a nudge in the direction of the permission system to turn off the arcade.
