Achievements only displays the numbers in profile page.

It does not show the actual achievements. Just say....like 15 achievements.

vB3 or vB4?

If vB3, then are you sure you uploaded all files and imported the 2.1.1 XML file? If so, please try flushing any cache you may be running such as vBOptimise.
If vB4, does clicking the expand icon show them?

I am on vb3, and yes I am sure. I am on version 2.1.1
