Legacy Ability to detect if user has already registered accounts

Ok, I made a feature request for mod that would detect clones (already existing users' accounts), but I started thinking, maybe this mod could be one mod to do all our registration needs, so I post feature request here also.

If you can make it into this product, it would be excellent. Or at least think about making another mod that will do this. Sorry, but this is something that I really need, especially Evercookie - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

I'll look into it. This is a big feature and I'm not quite sure if it'll warrant its own product when the times comes - but if it is included in this one it most likely won't be until v3.
