Question 5.0.4 Dragonbyte tech shoutbox problem

I installed the shoutbox but for some reason it doesn't show up..
I installed it correctly as far as I know, and I edited everything to be like it should be. =/

You'll need to deploy the module on an existing page via the Site Builder, have you done this?

Sorry for the late respond.
I'm not sure how to do that, could you guide me how to do it?

PS. I've switched to 3.8.7 still doesn't work.

Did you configure usergroup permissions via the Instance Management page?

Well right now I messed up my site so I'll have to get it back up tomorrow lol sorry.
I had all the permissions set up yes, still not working.

It's just when I change it to show the bar where you type in to below or top it just removes the chat bar completely no way to type in it.
I want it to be below and it just won't work, I tried the default skin aswell still didn't work.

Are you running the Lite version or the Pro version on your 3.8 forum?
