Bug Why can't Disable

I have Disabled DBTech - vBArcade but if i go to arcade.php it Still Working.

I can find no option to disable the arcade, what exactly are you talking about?

The PHP file will still work, yes. This is the same for any other product that doesn't depend on hooks to initialise.

This is not a bug.

Looks that way, IIRC one of the feature requests you posted was regarding a disable so that'll be looked at for a future version
