Bug Viewing attachment problem for users

Hello,

As an administrator i can send and view attachment picture in MP

BUT my users have a problem : they can't see this attachment into the MP !

They have a message with a link error : "not a valid link" ask to administrator if they want to see it.

Is there anything to do in control permission to active attachment viewing for user ???

What type of attachment are we talking about? How did you add the attachment to the PM, via clicking on the paper clip icon, or inserting inline? Have you tried confirming this yourself by sending a PM to a test user account, and trying to view the attachment?
