Question vBSuper PM's Throttle PM's Settings

Hi DB.

I want to limit certain usergroups to sending 10 messages per day so I have set it up like this.



I then logged in under the usergroup TK Veteran (shown in image) BUT I was able to send countless messages to random people (not those excluded).

Can you tell me why this isn't working please. Going by the above settings it should have only let me send 10 total in one day but I was able to send a lot more than 10. I didn't run into any error message that told me I can only send X amount in X amount of day/s after sending 20+ messages.

Is your test user also a member of a usergroup that's not in the Excluded list?

No.

So I went ahead and set it up like this to test it with just me as Admin. Everyone else was excluded from the throttle limit only my admin account was to be throttled to 5 messages in one day see image.



I was then able to go on and message 15+ times all to a test account that was in the usergroup "member" so this throttle isn't working.
